He is shown in a 19-second clip walking on Waterman Street in Providence at around 4:06pm on Saturday, around the same time the shooting occurred.

One would think that with all of the cameras, they can simply follow it along the sidewalk to where ever it ends up to a point.
I literally went for a walk last night, and in my neighborhood, every few feet, I would hear a bell go off and a robot voice would say you are being filmed or something like that. I was probably filmed about 50 times just walking on a little night walk

when seconds count, the police are only minutes away. I am reminded of the police in Australia, where, as the people were being slaughtered on the beach, one Jewish man said that he heard gunshots for several minutes and he said the police were just standing there, almost frozen. They don’t wanna risk their lives, they just want to collect a paycheck.
The only people who actually tried to stop the shooters were just normal people and a bunch of them got shot because they didn’t have bulletproof vests or weapons or anything. The only weapons they had were the weapons that they wrestled out of the gunman‘s hands. Basically, the days of the burly 1950s cop with the buzz cut, those days are done. Those guys are all dead.
If this is the police chief, this city is in big trouble.

No one knows what the person looks like so how exactly do you avoid them?
Truly a human porcine if there ever was one, he’s been carrying the pot-bellied pig’s shape and walk for a long time. First place to look is his mother’s basement, a video game center filled often with candy and junk food wrappers. If there was ever a stereotype in a crime this is it.
