Radnor High School and Radnor Township Police are investigating an AI-generated video that allegedly depicts several students inappropriately, according to an email sent to families by Principal Dr. Joseph MacNamara.
"I am writing to address concerns and rumors regarding an AI-generated video that was reported to depict several of our students in an inappropriate manner," MacNamara wrote. "We understand how upsetting and serious this situation is, and we want to assure you that we are treating it with the highest level of urgency and care.

Technology now available to all is running rings around established laws meant to corral and control how such technology is meant to be used. Not an easy time to be a parent or teacher who’s duty is to protect those in their charge from unexpected trauma.
AI the gift that keeps on giving. When AI was just imitating celebrities doing the nasty that was ok...but when your kid is recreated in compromising positions that’s when it gets serious.
Reminds me of some old songs “Porn to be Wild” or “It was just my imagination running away with me”...
That would be bad, as well as praying in the school. More likely, the AI used to nudify students, a real problem that can destroy morale of female students who never undressed at all.

Radnor is in the deep blue Phillyburbs, part of the once prestigious "main line".
Is that what they were hinting at? Every so often the media tries to condemn something in the strongest possible terms and they can't even say what it is.
I don't mean to minimize what happened in this case.
