A Minnesota prisoner freed early from prison by Governor Tim Walz under a controversial new scheme is being hunted by police.
Convicted drug dealer Vance Marie Nin, 23, who has an image of a cannabis leaf tattooed to her face, was released from prison in Shakopee in September despite having a previous assault conviction.
Nin had served only 16 months of a 48-month sentence for second-degree drug sales, but was freed by the Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC) after she met the requirements for early release under a Minnesota Rehabilitation and Reinvestment Act (MRRA) pilot program.
MRRA, signed into law by Walz in 2023, allows prisoners to obtain early release and shorter community supervision if they participate in programs while behind bars.
Critics have slammed Walz for signing the law that they say is a 'get out of jail free card' that ignores victims' concerns and allows criminals to 'game the system.'
It is the latest scandal for the Democrat governor who has been accused of turning a blind eye to a Somali fraud ring that siphoned money from the state.
Nin earned early release under MRRA in an initial pilot program, but is now a wanted fugitive after she absconded from supervision.
'On Friday December 5, 2025, DOC issued a warrant for Viance Marie Nin after she failed to report to her supervision agent's office as directed,' the department said in a statement.
'Ms Nin is now listed as a wanted fugitive. The issuance of a warrant for violating supervised release conditions is standard protocol.'
Critics hit out at Walz for signing the law that allowed the convicted drug dealer to be released.

I always appreciate when degenerates and retrogrades mark themselves for easy identification by the general public. It saves us so much time and guesswork.

That’s why I have never gotten tattoos. I don’t want any outstanding markings that would easily identify me if I’m wanted by the cops....
I saw that exact same look from a woman that could be this ones sister as she pushed a half full shopping cart complete with anchor baby into the women’s room at Walmart that has a giant sign saying “NO ITEMS ALLOWED IN RESTROOM”..........they are laughing at us and it pisses me off.
I’ve tried pointing out shoplifters at Walmart. The employees pretend they can’t hear me. They don’t want to know. The majority of Walmart employees at my local store, probably 80% are black. All the shoplifter’s I’ve spotted were black. I’m sure there are white shoplifters, but they must not be as blatant and uncaring of who sees them as the blacks are.
I told 3 Walmart employees about what that immigrant was doing.....all 3 just gave me a blank stare and shrugged their shoulders........and WE end up paying more to offset the theft.

Be advised......Publix is like that as well.

The employees act like that because that is what they are told to do by Wal Mart. Trying to stop them will get you fired.
Oh I get it.....it’s policy.....but if that’s the policy, don’t bother with the sign saying “no items beyond this point”.....Pretty much only honest White people are gonna honor that request.
This is why there needs to be a CECOT for “perras”
Very many of these videos are from Walmart's and I noticed lots of them are from Florida too. Florida stores have a policy to ALWAYS prosecute shoplifters no matter how minor. So you may see people shoplifting but that doesn't nessecarily mean they're getting away with it. The store clerks give you blank looks and shrugs only because there's almost always shrink prevention professionals in the back rooms monitoring shoppers for theft, big stores like Walmart call police as soon as they see shoplifting taking place and they have their own security which will detain thieves and hold them for the cops, so it's not the clerk's job to stop anything.
Pretty much the same as the “No Guns” signs.

That’s my position too, but when I said that to a young woman she said a tattoo would help identify her if she was found dead in an alley.
