LOL...the revolutionary communist democrats LOVE criminals. True “reform” would be stopping DAs who don’t bring charges, judges passing stricter sentencing, no early release, building many more prisons, democrats loving law-abiding citizens more than they love criminals. It would mean ending welfare that rewards families without fathers present. But we all know none of those things will happen. So there’s zero chance of any meaningful “reform.”
