A New Military Message From Venezuela Has Washington Paying Attention

Amid the growing tension between our nation and theirs, Venezuela just released a video showing an unmistakable display of military force targeted at the U.S.

Thousands of soldiers stood in formation as commanders gave a direct message to America.

Basically, they confirmed that Venezuela is ready to put up a fight.

Watch the roughly 3-minute clip here for yourself:

VENEZUELA MILITARY TO U.S.: “WE ARE READY FOR A PROLONGED WAR”

Venezuela just staged one of its most aggressive military displays in years, and the message wasn’t subtle. More than 5,600 fighters stood in formation, declaring themselves revolutionary, socialist, and, above all, loyal to Chavismo.

They boasted training under a “tactical resistance” doctrine that blends soldiers, police, and civilians into a single combat force prepared for a prolonged war.

Commanders told the crowd that Venezuela’s strength now lies in a fusion of the armed forces with the people, portraying the country as ready to repel any foreign invasion, especially from the U.S.

They framed the moment as part of a centuries-long struggle dating back to SimĂłn BolĂvar, insisting the nation must be ready to turn every inch of territory into a battlefield if necessary, from cities and mountains to tunnels and underground networks.

The showcase emphasized weapons, rockets, missiles, and doctrines for both conventional and irregular warfare. Leaders said these tools are what guarantee “peace,” arguing that only a heavily armed nation can deter American power.

They also highlighted elite special-operations forces trained to fight in extreme conditions anywhere: under the earth, on the surface, in jungles, mountains, and cities.

Venezuela intends to make itself “impenetrable,” and it credits Maduro as the commander holding the country together.

This wasn’t a ceremony. It was a warning shot.

Venezuela’s message to the United States comes as President Trump has been piling the pressure onto the country’s dictator, Nicolas Maduro.

Of course, the U.S. military has already been blowing up Venezuelan drug boats left and right.

But, President Trump has signaled readiness to strike on land, if needed.

CNN noted:

When President Donald Trump has been asked about the reason he’s pressuring Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro to step down and threatening military action against the country, he consistently blames the South American leader for two things: drugs and migrants.

“We just have to take care of Venezuela. They dumped hundreds of thousands of people into our country from prisons,” Trump told reporters last month in the Oval Office, though there’s no evidence migrants from Venezuela disproportionately served prison time.

As the Trump administration continues its strikes on alleged drug vessels at sea, the president has threatened that attacks against drug cartels on land in Venezuela would begin “very soon.” Experts who have modeled what would happen if Trump went ahead with even limited strikes warn Venezuela could see mass displacement and a new refugee surge like the 2017 crisis Trump blames on Maduro that led to thousands of Venezuelans moving to the US.

Up until now, Maduro has implied that he wants to avoid war with the U.S. (smart thinking.)

But, the video message above obviously signifies a major shift away from talks of peace at all costs

What are your thoughts?

Should the U.S. take military action in Venezuela?

Does Venezuela stand a chance, if that happens?

Prolonged war? Do you mean like 10 minutes instead of 5?

Venezuela got 21 su-30...3 maybe not functioning f-16’s bunch o’ trainers, some Iranian drones, 20-30 copters, some transport, one refueler,
Their whole air force would be destroyed after 20 minutes. Then the whole infrastructure of the nation disrupted...the people who hate Maduro would turn him over for 50 million..
We could make a deal ..no more destruction, we get their oil and coffee.....ship their fentanyl , meth, and coke to Iran, Gaza, and Syria....have some fun....

I think we can get it down to $25 million if we throw in a whole buttload of government cheese.
