The Indiana state House on Friday approved a new slate of congressional maps that tilts all nine congressional district races in favor of the GOP.
The map passed in a 57-41 vote, the local Fox affiliate report. The move sends the bill to the state Senate, where some Republicans have voiced opposition.
The redraw comes as President Donald Trump pushes Republicans in other states to redraw their maps to giver Republicans an edge in the 2026 midterms.

GOPeers in the Ind. Senate who vote no are actually ‘Rats of the first order.
So much for that a-hole who clapped back at Trump.
Hey! That’s only OK when democrats do it!
I think that guy is in the Indiana Senate.
We have primary work to do.
He still may have the final say as it moves on to the Senate.
Hat tip to Indiana MAGA.
Headline unclear.
Indiana congress delegation is currently 2 GOP Senators.
There are 9 house seats. 7 are currently GOP. So this map is going to add 2 GOP House seats?
“Republicans need to redistrict as many states as they can to get as many seats in the House as possible. “
You think?
Congrats to Gov. Braun, I just hope he can bring the RINO’s (I mean backstabbing republicans) on board!
Yes, it would add 2 GOP seats.
But the real story is how many RINOs voted NO!!!!!
The Indiana House Republican Caucus is the majority caucus of the Indiana House of Representatives & has 70 legislators, led by House Speaker Todd Huston.
That means 13 GOP members voted with the DEMs!!!!!!!
That is incredible that 13 so-called republicans would vote with the democrats (helping to make Hakeem Jeffries Speaker of the House). Disgusting and UNBELIEVABLE!
Those 13 might as well switch parties now.
Good for Indiana.
Buh bye, Muslim Andre Carson
