I could agree with preventing arrest without probably cause, but flight risk doesn’t matter, they’re illegal, ship them out.
So then Trump can counter this with an Executive Order limiting rulings from DC courts.
This epidemic of judicial rulings is like a nation-wide case of the Illinois SAFE-T Act (no bail, put ‘em back on the streets. What could possibly go wrong?)

Not mentioned, is that before the arrest the officers stop the suspect for questioning and then based on that questioning develop P/C that the subject is not here legally.
Why should a “co-equal” branch of the government be immune from the kind of unchecked power and restrictions they’re imposing on the others?
A first step should be to arrest and detain the judge and all of his staff. When a lawyer comes to the judge’s aid, arrest and detain the lawyer.
Weaponization of the law is destroying the American Republic.

We’re asking them to self-deport, how do you differentiate between flight and flight?
If they don’t “flight” on their own, put ‘em on a plane, and help them along!
