Since then it has raised $2.72 billion, much of it routed quietly via cryptocurrency. United24 produces coordinated messaging marketed as “fact-checking” and “anti-corruption efforts,” but in practice operates as a state propaganda engine shaping US public opinion and Congressional support for Ukraine’s war.
