They need to remember that there were rules back then....which were adhered to.

I’ve said for years that we need a total moratorium from Everywhere, for at least a decade but twenty years would be better. Yes that includes the selling of citizenship to the rich!
My more tolerant version says that we still allow Legal immigration, at greatly reduced numbers and without the feculent Kennedy Amendment.
BUT! We subtract 3x the number of illegals from any country from their allotted legal immigration quota.
Illegals are sent back Immediately, not months or years later.
And we bill the country they came from for the expense.
