A website belonging to the "Culture and Family Lab" at Minnesota’s flagship university hosts a webpage warning against a "whiteness pandemic" that provides "resources" on how to "halt and reverse" the issue.
"If you were born or raised in the United States, you have grown up in the Whiteness Pandemic, and you can play a role in halting and reversing this pandemic, especially if you are White because of the power and privilege you hold in this racialized society," explains the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities webpage, which is part of the Institute of Child Development.
"If you were socialized into the culture of Whiteness during childhood, it is not your fault, but as an adult it is now your responsibility to self-reflect, re-educate yourself, and act. If you are a White adult, antiracist action involves an ongoing process of self-reflection in order to develop a healthy positive White identity while engaging in courageous antiracist parenting/caregiving."
Parents rights' watchdog Defending Education put out a report on Tuesday outlining the university's efforts.
The website goes on to explain that racism should be viewed as an "epidemic" or "pandemic" but that "another" pandemic is "lurking" behind and driving that issue. The "whiteness pandemic."

If the University of Minnesota wants to drive white male heterosexual high school graduates away from enrollment, this is an excellent tactic. I don’t know if Minnesota has any conservative Lutheran or Catholic colleges but if they exist, that would be preferable. Or, better yet, learn to weld.

MY father, his mother and father, and grandfathers and grandmothers all were from Minnesota. My older sister was born there, and I was conceived there. I’ve visited it many times, but not recently, a beautiful state. If it weren’t for Minneapolis and St. Paul, a few other places, it would be a red state. Obummer imported thousands of Somalians and now all of the cities are a sh!tholes. None of my relatives live in those places, the ones that did moved out, disgusted at what their hometowns have become.

Those mainstream conservatives are as guilty of addressing dissent like Nick Fuentes, or for that matter more established figures like Candace Owens, Tucker Carlson, and Alex Jones, who are in the older Millennial or Gen X group, as are the leftists and globalists. There is room to criticize all four of them but the way you take them on would be the way William Buckley took on the Objectivists, Birchers, and isolationists 60 years ago: win the battle of ideas. An excellent choice. My father was from Minnesota, worked for a blacksmith making horseshoes and farm and garden tools when he was only 14. Then when he was 17, joined the “CCC’s.” Civilian Conservation Corps. He learned oxy-actylene and arc welding there and then joined the Army Corps of Engineers. Later he started his own quite successful business for 50 years. He was truly a master welder, one of the first to weld aluminum. R.I.P. Dad.
More than “the battle of ideas” is needed.
Successful accomplishments in the real world gain respect.
Failure gains mockery.
