Department of Justice leadership directed federal prosecutors to give them examples by Friday of hurdles they have encountered with judges when working on cases about attacks on law enforcement and Antifa....

The areas were laid out in a bulleted list and included assaults on law enforcement, obstruction of immigration authorities, investigations into certain "domestic terror organizations, such as Antifa" or "interstate threats, doxxing, and/or hoaxes...."

"Courts exist to apply the law, not invent policy from the bench," the spokesperson said. "The Department is committed to strengthening our litigation posture at every level so we can better defend public safety initiatives and prevent activist judges from undermining the rule of law."

Instead of ordering that, the DOJ leadership should look down the list of supervisors and managers, identify which one’s have not been reporting roadblocks to executing the administration’s policies as well as potential solutions and firing them for dereliction of duty. Trial attorneys not reporting these things to their supervisors should also be looked at scrupulously, though I will guess that even the best are dispirited by dug in Obamanite supervisors who don’t want to know.

You know, as they were preparing for WWII Marshall and King started looking down the list of generals and admirals firing a lot of them and eventually almost all of them, replacing them with the Eisenhowers and Pattons who would actually fight wars. Lincoln had to work through a long list of establishment generals before he got Grant and Sherman.

I want them to go after - hard - those who are threatening and doxxing officials such as Stephen Miller, their families and children:

Revolver:

“The wife of White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Stephen Miller — said that her young children could no longer play in their front yard due to threats from left-wing activists.

Miller and his family recently relocated to military housing after facing ongoing protests outside their home in Arlington.

The report noted that at least six senior Trump administration officials have done the same, citing safety concerns for themselves and their families.”

And this is exactly why federal judges have life tenure.

These leftists judges have given aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States. They should not be allowed to escape the Justice of indictment, trial, conviction, and the sentence given to traitors.
