Federal judge threatens to sanction California for 'misleading' him in 'gender secrecy' case

California Gov. Gavin Newsom has repeatedly slurred a federal judge by name, echoing President Trump's history of diatribes against judges even before the current Democrat started copying the former Democrat's social media style and insulting nicknames.

The perceived contender for the 2028 Democratic nomination for president may cluck his tongue again when he sees the latest order from U.S. District Judge Roger Benitez in a lawsuit against The Golden State's alleged mandate on school districts to hide from parents their children's asserted gender identity at odds with sex.

The President George W. Bush nominee ordered state Attorney General Rob Bonta and the California Department of Education to "show cause" on why they should not be sanctioned for "misleading" Benitez so he would remove them from the suit by teachers who allege their school district muzzled them and parents of "gender incongruent children."

The state defendants' motions to dismiss and opposition to the plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment claimed that CDE had "withdrawn and conclusively replaced" an FAQ page that contained the challenged policies, which they claimed was the "only basis" for being named defendants and thus made the case moot, Benitez wrote.

"However, evidence demonstrates that the CDE may have merely moved the challenged content of the FAQ page to a new, required 'PRISM' training module," as documented by the plaintiffs' lawyers at the Thomas More Society, the judge said, ordering state defendants to explain their behavior Nov. 17 in court.

The problem with calling anyone names or making disparaging comments is that you might have to deal with that person. A diplomat, commenting on how things had changed said that no one during Stalin’s lifetime made the slightest slur against the man. Because every leader knew at some point he might need to deal with the man and calling the mass murder a mass murder would make that impossible. The same should go for dealing with your political opposition. Disagree on policy but don’t call him names like a douchebag or idiot. Once you deteriorate into name calling you lose the logical, rational high ground. The same goes for all those Democrats using F-bombs. It’s poverty of language and discussion has deteriorated into junior high playground language.

I doubt those FISA judges were outraged at being lied to. And some were in on it. Boasberg was one of them.

“Say what you want, but this policy of CA is just evil.”

The whole “trans thing” still leaves me stunned. It’s crazy and the whole idea is the government is forcing normies to kowtow to insanity.

Twenty years ago, anyone abusing children like this would have been arrested, tried and imprisoned. Then, they’d have faced real “judgment” in prison. But somehow chopping of children’s body parts has become “gender affirming care” rather than sexual mutilation.

Stop the planet. I’d like to get off.

If you want to do something crooked, you don’t hire a boy scout. You hire someone you know will do the crooked thing well enough you will have plausible deniability. Also, they’ll take the fall as long as you provide for their loved ones and a sinecure once they get out of minimum-security prison.

If you are an honest man or woman accurately describing someone, there is no need to temper your language. In fact, to do otherwise than be straightforwardly honest in this type of situation is dishonorable.

As to the future interactions with someone that has be described accurately and honestly, you deal with that someone in the same manner at that future time, honestly and accurately (i.e. While "someone" was a mass murderer earlier he has walked away from any such activity now and has changed such and such policies from that earlier time period). To do otherwise is dishonest.

Being blunt, straightforward and honest is always the best policy.

A diplomat is someone who tells you to go to Hell and you thank for it. I’m saying using name calling and F-bombs is childish. And, instead of calling someone a crook, say what he’s done. “Judge X benefited financially from his association with a former defendant.” But only say it if you have proof.
