SINGAPORE plans to unleash at least six brutal strokes of the cane on convicted online scammers, a minister told lawmakers on Tuesday.

A shocking video shows how offenders will be tied down and forced to writhe in agony as someone ferciously whips their backside.

This mandatory punishment could go up to 24 strokes in extreme cases.

This penalty is usually reserved for more serious offences, including rape, drug trafficking and illegal moneylending.

The punishment only applies to male offenders under the age of 50 and a rattan cane is typically used after a medical examination.

This comes as the city-state attempts to crack down on syndicates following record losses.

Its not just any caning, its a fercious caning and no one is willing to withstand a second caning delivered that ferciousily.

In Singapore everyone gats beaten for the littlest things although I do agree that people that spit their gum on the sidewalk deserve it.

Maybe we need to bring fercious canings here also.

In all seriousness, that is not the cane I was thinking of. There is somewhere out there that they use a giant two handed bamboo cane type thing, kind of a longer version of the practice sword used in kendo. Ive seen several videos of “bad” people getting those damn devils smacked from the back clear out the other side or at least thats what it seems like they are attempting.
