The Biden autopen scandal has taken a new turn, and the Department of Justice may soon get involved.
The House Oversight Committee, led by Rep. James Comer (R-KY), released a 100-page report today declaring all of Biden’s autopen executive actions “null and void.”
These include pardons performed by White House staff and signed by an autopen.

Unfortunately, this is probably a dead end. Everything that Biden “signed” will stand. All the D’s need do is have Joe say that yes, he personally approved of it all. That will be good enough for the Supreme Court.
But the investigation must move forward anyway!

Coming should be the "who" named in each autopen action. And number, as well, as this surely seemed a last ditch "get of jail free" gambit by those panicking.
LOL - not likely.
The Legislative Branch has no authority to claim Presidential pardons are null and void. The pardon power is a plenary power for the Executive.
So, if feelings are important, such as claim by Congress is important.
But that's about it.
I’m taking bets. Six months from now will a single one of these fraudulent pardons actually be vacated?
If Nancy Pelosi can deem Obamacare passed, then it’s only right that Republicans can deem Biden’s executive actions NULL and VOID.
