Three teenage boys have been arrested in the killing of a Texas Marine veteran who was working as a rideshare driver to support his mother and sister, authorities said.
The arrests are tied to the Sept. 4 death of 28-year-old Quoc "Jake" Nguyen, who was found dead along a roadside after being shot, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said Thursday.
A 15-year-old has been charged with capital murder, while a 14-year-old and 13-year-old face charges of tampering with evidence.

Is it Them Again, Yogi?
Most likely.
RIP to Jake.
Likely this is after a dozen arrests and slaps on the wrists of the perps. Hope they are tried as adults.
This is always a worry for anyone who does ride share or delivery. You never know what kind of freak you will encounter.
Poor guy, prayers for his family.
Shut up Boo boo
Well?…Yogi?
Doesn’t “teens” give it away...?
They likely won't be. But, they are done. They will enter the Texas Juvenile Justice system, and when they turn 18, they will just walk them right over to the big-boy prison.

The best of us being murdered by the very worst of us. It’s a daily story.
Many such cases.
And the worst of us are released up[on us to do it again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again...
Walk them out the door more likely. Everyone knows that you’re not as dead if you’re murdered by a “teen” rather than an adult so therefore the punishment is not as severe. Otherwise it would be massive injustice to the murder victim and his family if one murderer were held to a looser standard than another. I personally see no problem with executing “children” who commit murder.
The fatigue is worsening daily. People are also becoming less afraid to point it out publicly. Search fatigue’ on YouTube and sit back. People are just done.
Message to legal immigrants: We have a serious problem here with a violent minority who cannot control themselves under any circumstances and have no respect for life. Stay as far away from them in non business hours as you possibly can or the extreme risk is your own.
Sad indeed.
Tje Vietnamese family that owns my local Mani-Pedi place are delightful, polite and hard-working. While getting your nails done you can watch vodeos of their jhome country. South Vietname ihas beautiful cities and a lovely countryside.

Houston area? I’d put my money on it.
But whatever race they are — it’s pretty obvious they had no parenting. Baby momma and baby daddy (if he can be found) should get a heaping helping of the rough justice the three punks deserve to receive.
One of my customers employs several Vietnamese engineers and technicians. At least two thirds of them came to America as youth during and after the fall of Saigon. Hard working, skilled, GOOD people, and they love America. Because THEY INHERENTLY KNOW why America is an exceptional country.
Oh — and they raise THEIR kids to love America too!
When it’s a three on one violent crime committed by teens it’s probably them.
So many sad stories of victims.
May he rest in peace.
