I don’t think aliens of any stripe should be protected by the Bill of Rights. If they don’t behave as we want, they should be shown the door.

His clerk, probably a recent law school graduate, wrote it. The most the judge did was indicate generally how he wanted to rule and then proof it.
These criminals' actions are all covered under RICO.

IF you are a foreigner and we benevolently gift you legal presence in America, you act right, don’t jaywalk, open doors for women, and wear a smile on your face.
