WND already has reported that a Christian baker from California has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to take up her cake fight.
The dispute is over the state's virulent attack on baker Cathy Miller because she declines to promote ideologies that violate her Christian faith in her cake artistry.
The court already has ruled on the issue, deciding in the case involving Jack Phillips of Masterpiece Cakeshop in Colorado that he could not be forced to violate his faith.

The assertions in the article are not entirely true. The Supreme Court has danced around the core of this issue, using weasel words and strategic avoidance to kick the can down the road.
That needs to stop - NOW.

You are right. The court needs to strike this down on the merits.

Your analysis is correct; it basically focused on the bias shown by the prosecutors. Having required all states to provide a bed for homosexual relations, when faced with a business that refuses to make a custom bed for that purpose then it has a problem sanctioning this dissent.
