Art of the Deal: POTUS trolling Europe, putting them on notice. America has had enough of the fighting and war!!
To: JonPreston
Yes, DJT is saying not to expect any American troops. Thank God for that.

Interesting that president did not sign off “thank you for your consideration”

Trump is the first US President since about Abraham Lincoln to say NO to the UK and EU socialists and statists from all sides, demands for involvement in their wars of empire.

Sigh
Looks like another 20,000-30,000 dead Ukrainian soldiers in the next month.
And the next month. And so on.
If Trump really wrote this, it’s going to be a footnote in history.

Trump reverses custom.
Usually a laurel and a hardy handshake is greeting not a farewell as is the tone he struck with this post.

Grover Cleveland stood up to Great Britain when there was a border dispute between Great Britain and Venezuela involving British Guiana.

Ukraine, hasn’t it already lost the flower of it’s manhood, during the course of the current conflict with Putin’s Russia?
Given this chronic (you can’t buy more Ukrainian men) manpower shortage, wonders whether Ukraine can really mount as stout a defense against Russian aggression going forward as Trump seems to be suggesting, much less regain Ukrainian territory lost, or, even less likely, seemingly, permanently gain and keep what is now Russian territory.

NATO and giving them weapons to use as they see fit...a disaster course, IMO.
Sent to a non-NATO country to no effect and expended before they have time for the dust to settle.
Whateva' will they do if they get attacked themselves? Flee? /Southern Belle impression

Trump is being classy.
He is not going to spit on the floor as he leaves the building and Trump’s post clearly indicates he has left the building.

Sometimes fueding parties need to know.....you are all alone and good luck. Maybe ukranians will enlist since America wont show up.
To: JonPreston
I surprised that President Trump was able to resist the temptation to add “So long and thanks for all the fish” after wishing them all the best of luck.

Kind of like dealing on a car, if you’re not willing to walk away, you’re the patsy in the deal.

I would have made a complete break myself, but I doubt that was politically possible.

You interpreted Trump's piece above to mean the complete opposite of what he did say.
Reading comprehension problem?

Neither Russia or Ukraine want peace. Their bloodlust for death continues. Total madness. No winners, only losers.
At the end of this “Special Military Operation”, both nations will become a husk of what they were, with millions dead on both sides, and generations gone forever.
All the while, the EuroTrash and GloboHomo’s sit back and laugh.

Europe has been fighting over borders since the days of the Roman Empire. Whether the Donbass belongs to Ukraine or Russia is not relevant to American national security. As President Trump has noted, the inadequate performance of the Russian armed forces indicates that Russia is no position to challenge the NATO countries, even Poland, which if you recall whipped Trotsky's Red Army in 1920. If Poland, Britain, France, and Germany want to intervene in Ukraine, fine.

You forgot to mention the number of dead Russians to be expected, which is normally 3-4 times the number of dead Ukrainians.
