It’s a regular science fiction trope. Whether it’s The Invasion of the Body Snatchers’ alien pod people replicating humanity, Star Trek: The Next Generation’s parasites taking over people’s brains, Supernatural’s demons possessing human form, or just the standard vampire movie, the situation is familiar: The person you knew and loved looks the same, or at least looks familiar, but his essence is gone. He is simply a meat suit wrapped about an alien being.
I kept thinking of that trope as I considered the amazingly difficult decision that Tyler Robinson’s parents made: They turned him over to law enforcement, even though they knew that the punishment for first-degree murder in Utah can include the death penalty. Those who have praised the parents for the morality driving their decision are right. Their son allegedly committed an utterly heinous act, and they could not be complicit in it.

These people are completely alienated from their families in the most aggressive ways possible:
The biggest change, though, is when men and women insist that they are no longer their biological sex, but have become, instead, one of the left’s dozens of other so-called “gender identities.”
Many of the people who become part of the leftist Borg abandon all human decency [...]:
So it is that you raise a dear little boy, expecting him to become a man, get a job, meet a nice young woman, get married, and start a family, or a little girl, expecting her to do the same (except meeting a nice young man)—and instead, you get a raging, perpetually angry person, who hates his or her own body, who hates you, who hates America, and who especially hates morality. This is not your child. This is a simulacrum of your child. Your child “died” a long time ago.

Rush called them Young Skulls Full of Mush.
What a fascinating thing, to watch millions of parents willingly walk their kids into this soul-defiling education machine at age five for the next 20 years.
I think the mush has been replaced with venom.
I have thought this for many years now. The “Invasion of the Body Snatchers” idea. They look like regular people you knew but have been replaced. Further I would be reading articles trying to explain what was wrong with them, were they clinically insane? I already thought past that and consider, in many cases, they are possessed of a devil.
Demons are body snatchers, too.

Good point
“Demons are body snatchers, too.”
Definitely. It must be hard for decent parents to look at their children and force themselves to realize, “That isn’t Johnny. Something is living in his body. He’s gone.” They see the body of what used to be their child, but it’s not him.
We were talking about this last night. We have four adult kids. All are complete normies.
But, we didn’t sacrifice them to the system. We homeschooled.
We were discussing the number of talk hosts that we’ve listened to over the years and how almost every dinner conversation included current events and teaching about our rights and responsibilities. It’s wasn’t intentional, it’s just what we did, and still do even though the kids are gone.
Only one went to four-year university, but he went to a small engineering school that was more interested in academics than indoctrination.
I feel so bad for the Robinson family. In a time of national grief I have to hold them up as heroes for doing the right thing in the face of absolute devastation.
It’s not that simple, I wish it were.
2 step children— both insanely liberal, the girl didn’t go to college and she’s a mean as hell radical. The boy started college right leaning but now is hard left, thus far he’s not mean.
My son, always leaned right and helped pull me over to the right.
I don’t think gaming is the problem but it can reinforce and grow issues—especially playing the opposite gender, with guys realizing, that much of the time female ‘toons will be treated better.
The radical berating and squashing of males all over the place doesn’t help. Many women have become unbelievably radical male bashers.
I think media is the biggest issue, opinionated ‘news’, Hollywood with their insanity and social media.
I believe there should be something that stops opinion from falling under the news label—license lost for more than fact stating. I think that like the military—teachers, media etc should have to keep their political/idealogical check’d
The final scene, Kevin McCarthy standing on the California freeway shouting warnings, trying to stop traffic, begging people to listen to him, is one of the most iconic, terrifying, and prophetic scenes ever filmed.
Today we are living that blood-curdling scene.
Not terribly dissimilar to a kid getting hooked on serious drugs, it's the beginning of the end.
Because of lack of choice in many cases. Public schools need to be destroyed, and soon.

Tanks!
He would have done the same thing and I would likely have broken his and my mother's heart that they would never have recovered from.
I feel for the parents of Charlie's assassin, they did what they could to raise their son in the right direction.
Unfortunately, there are no guarantees in life when it comes to children.
The murderer hated Trump in 2017. Way before college.
See his 2017 Halloween costume.
They say his radicalization started in his last years of HS, but really took off during his brief stint in college and thereafter.
