I’m happy to see that President Trump’s DOJ is going after these people that cancel out other law abiding citizen’s vote. I say lock ‘em up for the full five years.

The DOJ indictment alleges that, on or about October 31, 2020, defendant Laiss filled out and returned the Pennsylvania mail-in ballot, casting a vote for the offices of President and Vice President of the United States of America.

The indictment further alleges that, on or about November 3, 2020, Laiss went to a polling location in or around Frostproof, Florida, and voted in the 2020 general election, casting a vote for the offices of President and Vice President of the United States of America.

The indictment alleges that defendant Miya Pack was registered to vote in Bergen County, New Jersey, and had been registered there since in or about 2004, and was also registered to vote in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, since in or about 2016.

The DOJ indictment further alleges that, on or about October 26, 2024, the defendant voted in person at an early voting location in Teaneck, New Jersey, casting a vote for the office of President of the United States of America.

On Election Day, November 5, 2024, as alleged in the indictment, Pack went to a polling place in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, and cast another ballot in the 2024 general election, to include a vote for the office of President of the United States of America.

God only knows how many more crooked Democrats pulled this same stunt.

Lock them up if they are guilty - but there were thousands of high level bureaucrats and officials who conspired to steal the 2020 election - a dozen major Democrat-run cities in the swing states all participated in identical shenanigans involving waiving verifications, trafficking and counterfeiting of ballots on a major scale, corrupting the counting process, and subsequently subverting the courts to block any auditing or challenge to the certifications.

The similarities between irregularities at all these urban centers can only be explained by a massive coordinated conspiracy. These conspirators had to communicate - there must be thousands of whistleblowers who will happily come forward if they finally have a DoJ they can trust.

Two being charged is nice, but when will the DoJ start listening to whistleblowers and exposing this massive cover-up?

Probably never. It takes very coridinated efforts to get a
lot of info and getting it thru the legal systems involved.
It would be nice to see some efforts made even if they fail.

Sooo, we're supposed to jump for joy over these two cases? This was mere voter fraud, which is only knee-high to the vastly perpetrated election fraud of 2020.

“but when will the DoJ start listening to whistleblowers”

We certainly want these higher-level fraudsters to meet prison bars but get the feeling the DOJ (part of it anyway) is already putting together prosecutions of ‘higher-ups’ of voting frauds. Many of these entry-level criminals will turn over names of higher-ups in the chain to send the bigger crooks to a select area of the Alligator Alcatraz holding tank before trial...one wishes.

Gee, someone at my local Board of Elections told me not too long ago that there is no such thing as voter fraud.

Arrested but still haven’t seen any of them being punished to the full extent of the law.

Years back the second-homers used to boast in line to vote that they had voted back in Jersey and hurried up here to the Poconos to vote again.

This is fine but I think there are people guilty of fraud on a much larger scale.

Need to pass a law that removes the ability to vote, permanently, for anyone that is convicted of this kind of thing.
