A Georgia state court ordered Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to conduct a new search for records related to her criminal case against President Donald Trump after finding that her search methods were inadequate.
The recent order from a Fulton County Superior Court judge stems from a months-long pursuit by the conservative watchdog Judicial Watch to obtain communications between Willis' office and the Jan. 6 select committee, as well as former special counsel Jack Smith’s team.
The order is the latest setback in the case for Willis after a judge ordered her office in January to pay about $22,000 in legal fees to Judicial Watch, finding that she failed to fully respond to the watchdog's initial open records requests

Fani is a train. She said so.
I wasn’t aware the defendant was allowed to produce her own pertinent evidence and could just say there is none. Why didn’t the DOJ raid her house like they did Trump. At least in her case, they were actually looking for something and not just anything.
And in this case, if they find something, it also means a perjury charge.

There are other ways to go after her and her office.
One is to gain discovery rights and get a neutral party appointed to do a search.
Another is to do a reverse search. That is do a freedom of information request on other politicians who would have either sent or received messages from her office. Often times figuring out who on the “CC” email list that is more honest can produce results.
I hope she ends up disbarred and gets herself fired over what she has done. I am sure that if that happens she will be given a political appointment by some Democrat somewhere.
A DA who breaks the law with no consequence, nice job for a protected class.
