Her deception began when in July 2023, two years after she received her LLB Law degree at Aston University, Madhar applied to the City of Wolverhampton Council's Homeless Services Team.
She said she was 'homeless', claiming she had been asked to leave her parents' property with her two children.
The council awarded her emergency priority status on the Homes in the City waiting list after she submitted documentation indicating she had no alternative accommodation. Over the following eight months, Madhar made repeated urgent requests to the council to be rehoused. A young Kiran Madhar beamed with pride as she walked down the runway at her graduation, all kitted out in her gown, cap and glamorous pink dress.
With a law degree under her belt and a graduate scheme secured at one of the country's most prestigious legal firms, she had a bright future ahead of her.
Madhar was at the time the director of an event decoration company she ran with her sisters from her Wolverhampton home, and was just embarking on her legal career.
All in all, she was a promising young woman with the world at her feet.
But it all came crashing down this month when the mother-of-two was sentenced for two counts of dishonesty after being caught out in a shocking attempt to deceive the council.
The brazen 25-year-old lied that she and her two young children were 'homeless' to gain priority access to social housing, but was discovered to be a homeowner.
She had purchased a large five-bedroom semi-detached home on a sought-after suburban street just a year earlier - but failed to disclose this when she applied for housing.
In the year that Madhar falsely claimed that she was homeless, there were more than 5,600 people on the city's housing waitlist.

As long as she doesn’t hurt anyone’s feelings......
Upper Caste Indian scammer
*Yawn*
They never change
Earning her law degree, taught her how to convince and deceive as needed for a desired outcome.
That, plus being distractingly attractive, worked to keep the lie going strong. At least for a good while.
Look at her; so sweet with her bouncy curls, yet as rotten on the inside as an old black apple core.
Stupid move on her part. She graduated as a LLB recently. Having a criminal record, the defrauding of the local council, would prevent her from practicing law.
She should have waited until a few years after she got called to the bar. She could have become a politician and defrauded EVERYONE, just like UK Prime Mistake Two-tier!
Very dumb move on her part.
When does Cankles get locked up?
What is the maximum sentence for this offense... 10 lashings with a wet noodle, or a real stern warning?
With a law degree under her belt and a graduate scheme secured at one of the country’s most prestigious legal firms.
For her next act she’ll take up house squatting after reading U.S. papers.
“she received her LLB Law degree at Aston University”
