We know there is no list because they are keeping it hidden from us.
I questioned the existence of an actual “list”. No printout of Outlook Contacts, Excel spreadsheet, or Access database. Just plenty of info so that a list can easily be created.

If Epstein had this list of wealthy and powerful people whom he could blackmail and destroy at a moments notice, why didn't he use that list to get out jail and get those charges dropped instead of sitting in a stinking rotten New York City jail cell where he damn well knew he would be convicted.
