These are immigration courts. If you have a mandatory hearing in a criminal court you can't expect to be released when your hearing if over. I'm still trying to figure out what they are bitching about.

Reminds me of an earlier thread today about some kids who tried to steal a car and got shot. Car owner was sentenced to prison for life and the surviving thief complained that nobody should be shot for trying to steal a car.
