Fifteen is a nice number — or how about 59, with Trump appointing 50 additional justices, one per state.

About 60 years ago, when Earl Warren's Court was running amok, there was a proposal from conservatives to create the Court of Union. This court would consist of the 50 state chief justices of their states' highest courts, which would be above the US Supreme Court. The judges of the Court of Union would meet en banc to determine whether a SCOTUS decision would stand or be reversed.
