What an idiot. But, if he could afford to own or rent that nice little house, he could easily afford to have his Maw pay bail for him. I hope there are some long term solutions that don’t get the responder locked up in jail.
He WILL continue to make noise the moment he is released.
He will have to be stopped against his will.

There was a neighbor like that, in the part of Florida where I used to live. He got a dishonorable discharge during the Vietnam War, and protested it for the rest of the 20th century. His house was painted like an American flag, he flew American flags upside down, and he put up signs that called him things like “U.S. Dreyfuss.” Of course the people living next to him were annoyed, and thought he was a nut. Despite court orders to cease and desist, he wouldn’t stop it until biology stopped him. After I moved away, I heard that he suffered a stoke on 9/11, and died in 2006 or 2008.

Many years ago I had a little place on the Jersey Shore in a little town called Point Pleasant.

There was a retired cop who would play Sinatra ALL night, All day.

Some folks liked it , most didn't but he didn't care.

I fixed him one day by blasting the loudest, most thunderous Grateful Dead I could find.

An album called “Anthem Of The Sun’’.

That ended Old Blues Eyes serenading the neighborhood.
