Dissident Iranian journalist Niyak Ghorbani was assaulted during a march calling for the release of the Israeli hostages being held by Hamas in London on Sunday.
The assailant threw the contents of a bottle at him, charged at him, and was seen grabbing Ghorbani around the neck, in a moment captured by photographers. [....]
"The only thing I could think to do was to grip his collar tightly so he couldn’t get away. As my vision darkened and I was on the verge of blacking out, his female companion, seeing that I would not let go, began clawing at my neck and body," Ghorbani recalled after the assailant began choking him.
The assailant was seen being dragged away by police, according to the Metro report. [....]
Sarai Idan, former Miss Iraq and the CEO of Humanity4ward, shared that Ghorbani had been rushed to the hospital following the attack.

Assume this photo would have been of a pro-Israel activist attacking an anti-Israel demonstrator. It would immediately have become an iconic picture. However, neither the Guardian, Daily Mail nor the Telegraph has published anyting about this incident. Instead the story of the Al Jazeera "journalist" (ie Hamas terrorist) adorns their front pages. Disgusting!

You often quote from British newspapers. Have you seen this photo published in any papers yesterday or today? Have you seen this incident reported anywhere?
I doubt they’d cover this
If you’re hell bent on protesting - at the very least have some martial arts experience under your belt.
But sometimes that isn’t enough. :-)
In the video I posted above there is a clip of an Islamist protester who attacks a police vehicle, then tries some karate kicks against a bystander, but then something very interesting happens.

Believe it or not, bananas were banned in Iran after the Revolution and Khomeini took over. They were a “western” thing, like wearing ties

Crazy. All sorts of things seen as Western were banned. Bananas returned after a while, as did playing chess - yes, it too was seen as a bad western influence. lol.
