Note - this is a YouTube video taken from police bodycams of the night MN State Senator and serving Lt. Colonel in the Air National Guard, Nicole Mitchell, broke into her stepmother's home looking for unspecified materials and was found making off with two laptops - after she'd previously removed documentation belonging to her deceased father.
Dems gotta dem. What a freakin nut job
Silly Girl, don’t you know that ALL publicity is GOOD publicity???
(Take DJT’s & Ken DeLay’s mug shots, for example.)
She has had a life of leisure and pampered butt wiping by everyone. But . . . no one is above the law. She even dressed the part of a burglar. Might have hoped to kill her stepmother to inherit the estate.
It’s a shame, a commissioned military officer, and Senator would do this. I know a former USAF Captain, who lives in that town (Detroit Lakes) and he told me, she thought that she was above the law. Not so.
Girl Power!
INVASION OF PRIVACY! BODY CAMS USED BY PRIVATIVE COMPANIES WITHOUT PROPER APPROVAL ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
‘They’re recording y’all now’: Walmart workers say they’re now wearing body cams for ‘aggressive’ customers. Viewers say it’s the workers being watched.

I won’t ding Walmart for using cams - kt was cams that got one fired for slapping my hand when I tried to point out the product I wanted - because I “wasn’t allowed” to reach in beyond the plexiglass that they locked their stuff behind.
And some of them take a lot of “guff” from assholes and thieves...
Wow, that was a straight up actual burglary of an occupied house.
I had wondered if it had been more of a heat of the moment deed that while technically by law could be called a burglary would be something less condemning, the kind of thing that happens in living together break ups or roommate arguments, but this was an actual dark clothes and watch cap, night time burglary, a full fledged, rightfully charged felony with no explanation possible.
I wish all cops were like that, these guys were calm and professional, friendly and efficient, and 100% hysteria and drama free.
Even the cop sort of poked fun at her for dressing up in a stereotypical burglar costume.
Minnesota Dumb Fu***** Liberal (DFL) Party strikes again.
When seconds count, the police are minutes away.
The call transcript should: 911 operator asking are you armed? Victim: I did a mag dump.
The step daughter was a meteorologist. Must of had aspirations of being the Nicole Kidman character in To Die For.
Virginia is a “one-party” state. If at least one person knows he is being recorded, that’s good enough. That means you can’t record a conversation between two other people without informing them, but you can record all conversations you have with others.
From Wikipedia:
“In 2013, Mitchell began work on the weather team at Al Jazeera America. Mitchell”
and, since 1992:
“Mitchell is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air National Guard, commanding the 126th Weather Flight.”
Worked at Al Jazeera America at the same time she served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force Reserve.
How does this self entitled attorney/Air Force Officer allowed to work for Al Jazeera while still in the Air Force?
I wonder if she is also going to be dishonorably discharged as a convicted felon as well for her affiliation with Al Jazeera while in uniform? And, hopefully loses her pension after thirty three years.
Laptops, wow. Not just Dad’s golf trophy from when she was 9.
Uh, what????
1. These are cops, not private employees.
2. Proper approval is the same as it’s always been - there’s a sign on the outside of every Walmart using body cams that tells you they are in use. You don’t like it, don’t go in.
3. Single party consent is all that’s legally required in states that permit it.
Also, consider the source of that article. MSN wants people to be allowed to shoplift from stores and abuse workers without any repercussions.
Depending on state, it can even be ‘anything you can physically see with your eyes and hear with your ears while you are present there is fair game for recording’ - so if you are standing in a public place looking around, you can’t be pulled up on charges for recording what you see and hear while standing there.
Got a strong Liz Warren vibe from that burglar.
