To set the stage for those who don’t know, this woman, Patricia de Oliveria Souza Lelis (Brazilian) was hired by David D. Smith who is CEO of Sinclair Broadcast Group. Dr. Ben Carson is a member of Sinclair’s board of directors.
Smith assigned her to work for the CEO of an affiliated company, Howard Stirk Holdings, that is a holding company formed to acquire certain TV station that is owned by Armstrong Williams, a Republican political commentator, columnist, and talk show host. Williams is also a long-time associate of Dr. Ben Carson and is with David Smith, owns the Baltimore Sun newspaper.
Per this testimony, Ms. Lelis sat in many meetings in which Williams and Bill Barr engaged in a conspiracy to prevent Trump from being elected to the Presidency a second time.
Hopefully this helps explain the players in these articles, recordings, and documents that she is testifying to as a first-person witness, referencing notes written contemporaneously in her own hand (longhand).

Patrícia Lélis...the so-called “whistleblower” ...has a history that people should be aware of before considering her “findings” to be real and not manufactured cover for her bank account having other people’s money in it:
São Paulo - Police requested the arrest of 22-year-old journalist Patrícia Lelis on Tuesday, after she accused Federal Deputy Pastor Marco Feliciano (PSC-SP) of rape in São Paulo. The investigation, concluded last week, investigated crimes allegedly committed by the congressman’s chief of staff, Talma Bauer, against the young woman. She accused him of assault and kidnapping. However, according to police, she lied about the aide’s alleged crimes.
According to the newspaper O Globo , delegate Luiz Roberto Hellmeister, head of the 3rd Police District and who was investigating the case, formally indicted Patrícia for lying to the investigation and extorting money from Bauer.
“She constantly fails to tell the truth, on countless and repeated occasions throughout the interview, including details that are not particularly relevant to the case. And these are not mistakes; she explains and scrutinizes each point of contradiction in great detail,” he wrote in the conclusion of the investigation.
In an interview with the G1 portal , Hellmeister requested that the journalist be arrested to answer the charges. According to the police chief, she had already identified an innocent person as the rapist in Brasília.
The conclusion of the investigation highlighted that Patrícia’s personality “highlights an attitude that is sometimes manipulative, sometimes seductive and sometimes centralizing”, characteristics of a person with Histrionic Personality Disorder....
Williams sounds like a psychopath. Isn’t he supposed to be a conservative?
So, all of these wild accusations appear to be based on nothing more than the handwritten notes of a woman from Brazil who was involved in a politically charged fraud case there... concerning a Brazilian political party associated with Bolsonaro ...and who is thought in Brazil to be as nutty as the woman who famously accused Trump of paying her off.
In spite of her experiences in Brazil, she comes to the US and by her own admission puts someone else’s money in her private account, blaming that decision... on pressure? Really?
Note that Project Veritas is no longer O’Keefe’s company- they kicked him to the curb a while back. What have they done since? Not sure, I have been too busy to pay attention, but just noting that they no longer have the credibility he built.
So, I am taking this story all with a huge grain of salt. So far, this same story has been regurgitated multiple times under different headlines, but with nothing new... the source each time is just this unknown Brazilian gal’s notes.
That has about as much credibility as James Comey’s handwritten notes.
How did Armstrong and the woman even meet? How did she get the job she claims she had? What was in her application and resume?
Just curious.
