A registered sex offender pleaded guilty to federal charges in Seattle on Friday after sexually abusing teenage girls in Washington and Oregon, authorities announced.
The United States Department of Justice said 28-year-old James “Jake” Harrison Newcomer admitted to sexually abusing 10 teen girls he met through social media between February and April of 2024.
According to records filed in the case, Newcomer was on state supervision after more than two years in prison for two counts of rape of a child.

On January 19, 2024, however, the monitor lost connection and when officers went to arrest Newcomer on January 25, 2025, he had left the home and could not be found, the DOJ said.
Over the next three months, Newcomer posed as a teen boy online and contacted teen girls on social media, authorities explained.
Supervisor hospitalized after stabbing on TriMet paratransit vehicle After arranging to meet the girls in person, Newcomer gave them drugs and alcohol and sexually assaulted them, officials said, noting the victims, who were between the ages of 12 and 16, were from King, Kitsap, Snohomish, Lewis, Clark, Thurston and Spokane counties and Woodburn, Oregon.
Newcomer pleaded guilty to traveling with intent to engage in sexual acts with a minor and two counts of attempted enticement of a minor.
Authorities noted that travel with the intent to engage in sexual acts is punishable by up to 30 years in prison and enticement of a minor is punishable by a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years and up to life in prison.
Prosecutors and defense recommend Newcomer receive 17 years in prison when sentenced in November 2025, the DOJ said.

2 years in prison for the rape of a CHILD??? The judge in that case has that child’s blood on his/her hands, not to mention the 10 new victims!

Oregon is run by DEMONcrats…..especially in Portland and the north coast. They believe child rape is fine. They thrive in the school system. It’s full of pedophiles.
It’s just abominable! I’m sure plenty of judges in northwest Oregon are pedophiles themselves. That whole area should just be euthanized because it’s rotting! No morality grows there.

AND, the people who put him on that ankle bs instead of IN JAIL needs to be sued.
