That should bloat the prices of houses up, then we’ll get a nice real estate tax bill increase to follow from the reappraisal con game going on.

This is all about hype over a jobs report that missed by 0.1. That’s really nothing.

And we have an inflation report coming before then (maybe 2) plus PCE, both of which ticked up in the latest.

In fact the core expected number Y/Y in 2 weeks is at 3%.

That 80% number can change instantly. To 0.

I don’t see a rate cut coming anytime soon from America’s central bankers.

However, the interest rate spread between North America, Asia, and European banking needs to stay “within the ballpark.”

If it doesn’t, a distortion in international money flows will take place which could cause a misalignment of capital.

Trump is really turning up the heat on Powell and Fed...he REALLY wants them to lower rates...is he in the wrong camp here?
