The Carbon Dioxide Endangerment Finding, first enacted in 2009, rested on claims that rising levels of CO2 posed a dire threat to public health and welfare...By removing the Endangerment Finding, the EPA is signaling a long-overdue return to rational, evidence-based policy.

Watts Up With That is dominated by renegade scientists and engineers who have refused to be silenced over the last 20 years.
I always thought dihydrogen monoxide was more dangerous than carbon dioxide.
Portland propaganda news will never admit this or even mention it.
H20 - also known as water vapor - is still the most dominant green house gas in the atmosphere.
But but but they’ve already invested millions upon millions of tax dollars on machines that pump “captured” CO2 deep underground where we’re supposed to believe it won’t eventually rise back up through natural action.
Surely the citizens aren’t being scammed for the enrichment of a few!
I have looked at all the CO2 infrastructure scams and carbon credit scams and wondered what will become of them when the CO2 hoax is exposed. Truly a moment for a quality popcorn.
Perhaps now they will institute my idea/dream of celebrating C02 production with individual and corporate awards. Monthly updates and annual award ceremonies for the individuals and companies that produce more C02 and enhance the real Greening of the Earth.
As an offshoot, perhaps we can bring back that wonderful tradition:
The Cannonball Baker Sea-to-Shining-Sea Memorial Trophy Dash. It was widely known as the Cannonball Run. The race was inspired by the exploits of Erwin G. “Cannon Ball” Baker, a legendary long-distance driver.
The race was conceived by Brock Yates and Steve Smith of Car and Driver magazine as a way to celebrate the Interstate Highway System and protest the newly implemented 55 mph speed limit.
I can’t drive FIFTY FIVE!!!
“I always thought dihydrogen monoxide was more dangerous than carbon dioxide.”
Only if you burn it and inhale the ash.
I always thought dihydrogen monoxide was more dangerous than carbon dioxide.

this is true
but it can be rendered safe by mixing the two
and adding yeast and barley

Who knew "Idiocracy" would become the blueprint for Democrat policy?
The hoaxers need to end up in jail. Otherwise this communist hoaxism will happen again.
I did. My tagline from the past few years (decade?) proves it.
"Skeptics Win, Endangerment Finding Axed – Truth Finally Prevails in The Climate Wars"
Even if politically correct global warming was based on the consistent results of scientific method experimentation, it remains that the post-16th Amendment ratification (direct taxes) Congress cannot authorize funding for any official federal action to deal with it since the states have never appropriately amended the Constitution to give Congress the specific power to do so.
"10th Amendment: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
The 16th Amendment is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow for organized crime front-ended by deep state Congress imo and desperately needs to be repealed.
We'll call the repeal amendment Trump's Boston Tea Party II Amendment.
The 17th Amendment, popular voting for federal senators, needs to disappear too.
In fact, PDJT47's red tsunami of supporters, proven by the record breaking results of 2024 elections, need to primary all state and federal candidates for public office in 2026 midterm elections who refuse to publicly promise to support a referendum in January 2027 to propose a new amendment to the Constitution to the states to repeal 16A.
The 17th Amendment, popular voting for federal senators, needs to disappear too.
Once unconstitutional federal taxing and spend is stopped, the states will ultimately find a tsunami of new revenues that they probably won't know what to do with imo, healthcare and education on the short list of priorities.
Just thought of something else, those states suing the oil companies for emitting CO2. Toast
Carbon Credits - which we have in Washington state. Big time money involved. Hundreds of millions each year, if I recall correctly.
Simple explanation - businesses that use a lot of energy need to purchase carbon credits to reach CO2 Net Zero.
I do not completely understand how Carbon Credits are created, but they have value, and they are traded - cash for credits.
No one is going to speculatively buy or hold credits in the future.
It is you can die from a teaspoon of it
My car shuts itself off at stop signs and traffic lights to supposedly save the planet from the CO2 emitted in the few seconds I’m idling. However, the upper Midwest is being inundated by smoke from unchecked Canadian wildfires for the last several summers and currently Minneapolis has the air quality of all but the worst Chinese industrial cities and the sun is daily partly obscured by the haze and smoke. Strange I do not see the Climate Change Cultists raising the least concern about this climate catastrophe.
I just saw a graph put out by state of Oregon showing value of carbon credits. They had been around $120 and were down to about $30 at last point in May.
Scams and damn scams.
give thanks to Anthony Watts and company.
congratulations.
the most important decision so far in the Trump Presidency. FakeMSM barely mentioning it.
