Unbeknownst to them they are making derogatory comments behind your back about you or what you believe. They use their position to promote counter agendas and provide aid and comfort to your political enemies. And if they have hiring responsibilities they will search for people that reflect their belief system and not yours.
Firing people because of a belief system in itself that is not a political appointment is not and should not be the option. But they sure enough should not have a decision making role and if they do for some reason quite a bit of oversight is needed.
How soon can she change this?

You are right about Trump being a former Democrat and it took a former Democrat to beat the rigged nominating systems put in place by the Republican wing of the uniparty.
And it took a former New Deal Democrat named Reagan to takedown the Rockefeller Republican crowd led by Gerry Ford and his boy Tricky Dicky Cheney.
