I would assume (maybe incorrectly) that you are referring to statues of limitation. I would suggest that statutes of limitation do not apply if there is a continuing conspiracy to cover up criminal activity. I am not a lawyer. Far from it, but that is my understanding.

Not even one criminal referral from Durham. Interesting - is Kevin Clinesmith aware of this?
But also - his final investigation was completed during the Biden administration - that group sure wasn't going to prosecute anyone. It's actually extraordinary they let him complete the investigation and submit a report with firing him first.

Clinesmith was the sacrificial lamb. Durham knew there were far worse criminals and crimes committed, yet ignored his own investigative results. We now know he had more evidence on the others, yet sat on it. His ass needs to be investigated too.
