The Department of Justice revealed Tuesday that there were only two witnesses to testify to the grand juries that indicted Jeffrey Epstein and his madam, Ghislaine Maxwell, on sex-trafficking charges.
The revelation was made in a late-night filing that urged a Manhattan judge to unseal the transcripts and release the documents to the public, given the “abundant public interest” after it was announced that a review of the cases determined there was no Epstein client list. *** However, even if the judge agrees to the transcripts getting released, it would still only represent a small fraction of the mountain of Epstein-related investigative materials that the DOJ and FBI have — which the feds have said amounts to over 300 gigabytes.
***
In early July, the DOJ issued a letter announcing that it had wrapped up its review of Epstein evidence and that there wasn’t an Epstein client list, sparking a fresh wave of public fascination and outrage.
In the letter, it [DOJ]specified it had reviewed over 300 gigabytes of investigative materials related to the 66-year-old multimillionaire hedge fund manager.
The records include a full list of the fruits of the raids on Epstein’s Manhattan, Palm Beach and Virgin Islands mansions.
The DOJ has refused to divulge any of that information or provide any further details beyond a July statement saying there is “no basis” to disclose any of the Epstein files, which also include sick sex videos involving children.
US Attorney General Pam Bondi, who heads the DOJ, had previously claimed she would release juicy details in the files and boasted that they were “sitting on my desk right now” in a February interview with Fox News. ***
Meanwhile, DOJ officials in May told President Trump that his name was among those mentioned in the files, the Wall Street Journal reported.

***When a search warrant is executed, the investigators draft a receipt /return which are essentially an inventory of items seized pursuant to the warrant. In the case of the Epstein matter, the inventory would list videos, client lists, computers, account books, logs etc. To date, the DOJ hasn’t released the receipts/returns. The coverup continues.
I would be surprised if they release grand jury testimony. That stuff is held under seal for a reason.
If they want to hear from Maxwell, then grant her immunity and she can tell us.
And even if they do that, few people are going to believe what she has to say.
Personally, I think they should toss the keys away and let her rot for 20 years. At this stage of the game every bit of evidence is tainted. She is a tainted witness. And no one else is coming forward. Where are all of the victims?
This is a dirty business. Trump clearly wanted to kill the story. He succeeded.
It tells us what we need to know about all of them.
If you got on his jet, flew to an island outside US jurisdiction, and stuck your penis inside an underage girl, you did something really wrong.
***But all I hear today is a lot of “guilt by association” type BS.***
It’s not a crime to know someone that you find out later did bad things. It’s not even crime to have lunch with him, fly on his jet, talk to him...
The real question is who was involved in the pedo stuff?
Just like the “list” the grand jury stuff is just a squirrel-like distraction. The return of the search warrant would be of interest. It would give an idea of what “lists” could really include. They, the Trump DOJ, have no interest in giving a document dump. Anything the DOJ publicly says is fake. It’s the same old sh*t as any other DOJ stonewall - Bush, Clinton, Biden or Trump.
The Washington DC fan dance continues…
Let’s hope Stacey Abrams doesn’t try that dance.
The key word is tease. What are Trump and his people up to? Democrats have killer instincts and act on them. Trump just might be using their own instincts against them.
Bondi did release a list of the evidence seized. I remember reading that some of the tapes were porn tapes for Epstein, not taken by him, but commercially available, so to speak. These are one type of information not to be released publicly. Lots of info not relevant to the case at hand. Click on the links within this link; the evidence list is number one.
Need more info. One hour of HD video is about 8Gig.
The hoax is that the SDNY & FBI set trump up. They manufactured evidence probably so the list won’t get released. But in case it does it will hurt trump.

That may be true. If so, who weren't those instincts set loose during the Biden Regime? Their lawfare machinery was in high gear turning out all kinds of reasons to take Trump to court. If we are thinking there is something in those files that incriminates Trump, they wouldn't have sat in boxes ready to be shredded.
. . . My carpal tunnel is acting up.
You mean a copy of the one given to Epstein - or whoever was the target?
I’m not understanding what smells fishy to you in this regard.
No snark; honest question.
Every time a search warrant is executed, there is an inventory taken of the items seized. A copy is given to the owner of the property (his agent etc) and a copy is given to to the magistrate who approved of the search warrant. These inventories are referred to as receipts/ returns.
In the case of Epstein, there were at least 4 search warrants issued and executed. There should be a return/ receipt for each warrant issued which provides an inventory of the items seized pursuant to the warrant.
