In a deeply disturbing display of escalating antisemitism, traffic on the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn ground to a halt today as a group of Muslim demonstrators brought the major freeway to a standstill near the Pennsylvania Avenue exit, exiting their vehicles and chanting “Globalize the Intifada.”

The Belt Parkway, one of New York City’s most heavily used highways—connecting Queens and Brooklyn to Long Island—became the site of what many are calling a brazen act of incitement and lawlessness. Eyewitnesses reported that protesters stopped their cars in the middle of the roadway and emerged to shout hate slogans, disrupting traffic and causing widespread confusion and alarm among drivers.

Video footage and social media posts from the scene show individuals chanting slogans calling for a global intifada, a term historically linked to waves of deadly terror attacks against Jews.

“This is not protest. This is hate, intimidation, and dangerous behavior on a public highway,” said one shocked commuter who was caught in the traffic jam. “They weren’t just demonstrating. They were glorifying violence.”

Alternative Claim: Yemeni Wedding Procession: At least one X account specializing in fact-checking misinformation counters that this was not a protest but a celebratory Yemeni wedding baraat (procession), where large groups block roads temporarily for dancing and festivities—a cultural tradition in some Middle Eastern communities.

Similar events have been documented elsewhere (e.g., Yemeni weddings blocking traffic in Birmingham, UK), often involving luxury car convoys and traditional attire.

A number of people on "X" wrote that it is not in New York because there are no license plates, but they are wrong. NYS does not require front license plates. I did not see any rear license plates. The road signs are a clear telltale give-away, though.

Here is a clearer picture of the sign on the roadway in the video (from Google Maps). Grok helped me find the location. Notice they held their uprising in front of the sign directing traffic to the "Christian Cultural Center." Coincidence? Yeah, right.

By the time you 1) identify what is going on, 2) contact the towing company, and 3) arrange for them to drive the WRONG WAY down to the highway to pick up the cars... thats 45 minutes minimum. 45 minutes of blocked highway is already chaos.

The Belt Pkwy runs through some tough neighborhoods. Its a good place to get some FO is youre outside of your car FA anywhere. Say what you want about NYC. Outer borough people dont suffer fools. I cant wait until they try this on the Cross Bronx Expressway. That is the meanest strip in America.

They do not follow the laws in their country of choice to immigrate to, and they will not assimilate.
They are here to subvert and overthrow the US constitution and the US government to install a government based on sharia law and force every US citizen to convert to Islam or either pay the jizra (sp)tax or die.
