President Trump has a point. Putin should have at least started making overtures when Trump imposed the 50-day deadline.

He’s done some good. But continuing our involvement in Ukraine when he said the exact opposite during the campaign is not good. He’ll lose a lot of support over this.

This has been a farce from the start. Trump has tried to position himself as some kind of "mediator" in the conflict while the U.S. has been firmly positioned on one side of it.
It's like playing the Super Bowl where the GM and front office staff for one of the teams want to be the officiating crew for the game.

So India and China will have to stop buying Russian oil.
