U.S. Attorney for New Jersey Alina Habba Breaks BIG news, announces there will be ELECTION INTEGRITY for the state of New Jersey, her office is committed to guaranteeing free and fair elections. Habba says her Election Integrity Task Force is in full swing, zeroed in on cleaning up New Jersey’s voter rolls to make sure every American’s vote counts:
“I created an election integrity task force. We should not have dead people voting. We need these rolls cleaned up. It’s something we should have in this country. People need to feel like their votes count.”
“People need to know they aren’t being outvoted by dead people or multiple ballots. This is the federal government’s job to ensure we’re safe, secure and following the laws.”
I hope NYS is on their to do list.
Including Gotham...
Thirty percent of New Jersey on suicide watch.....
Seems funny how they can’t seem to do this in WY, ID or MT.
Sounds very positive!
Didn’t a bunch of judges just fire her?
Trump did an end-run around them and appointed her.
Alina Habba on Thursday announced that she is now the Acting US Attorney for New Jersey after district court judges ousted her from her post earlier ..
Habba resigned as Interim US Attorney and is now Acting US Attorney for New Jersey.

I can't spare this woman; she fights!
A U.S. Attorney cannot independently or directly “clean up” a state’s voter rolls. The responsibility for maintaining and updating voter registration rolls primarily lies with state and local election officials, typically under the secretary of state or county clerks. However, the federal government, through the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), does play a role in oversight.
Key points:
Federal Oversight, Not Direct Action: The DOJ can issue guidance, conduct investigations, and, when necessary, file lawsuits to ensure that state voter roll maintenance practices comply with federal law, such as the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) and the Voting Rights Act.
Legal Enforcement: If a state or local jurisdiction fails to maintain accurate voter rolls (such as by including ineligible voters) or if they conduct purges in a manner that violates voters’ rights or federal law (for example, performing systematic removals within 90 days of a federal election), the DOJ can sue to enforce compliance.
Requests for Information: The DOJ may request information from states about their list maintenance procedures, but these requests are for oversight and investigation purposes; actual removal is carried out by state officials.
Guidance and Restrictions: DOJ guidance explicitly states that list maintenance must be uniform, non-discriminatory, and not occur within the final 90 days before a federal election.
In summary:
A U.S. Attorney, acting on behalf of the DOJ, may push for compliance, investigate, or bring lawsuits, but only state or local officials have the lawful authority to directly clean or update voter rolls
Well now we know why all those obama judges were so desperate to get rid of her…
Commie heads are exploding.
God bless this woman!
Welp, now we know why the Democrat judge cabal attempted to remove her.
