(*This is a test of the emergency tagline system. This is only a test*)
They’ve closed in northeastern PA too.

Not far behind will be CVS and aetna.

I can’t remember the last time I was in a Rite Aid store.
That being said I suspect there is a regional thing going on here.
Lefty locations would likely be sub-optimal.
Get OUT while you can....

A female employee there on Friday said … What is the point of including that irrelevant tidbit?

Exactly. How do they know she is a female?

There are so many possibilities nowadays.

It’s my understanding that Rite Aid has struggled for decades.

I stopped in a cvs store a couple weeks ago. I was the only person in the store and was in a hurry. Their prices are sky high.
Yeah. They'll likely be closing.

All 3 close here, in York PA, on July 23rd.
After 20+ years, I’ve moved my 26 Rxs to Weis Pharmacy.

CVS is owned by aetna or vice-versa.
The aetna medicare went to crap with biden’s cuts for seniors.
Other medicare plans have completely cut any over-the-counter benefits.

Our RiteAid in Hayden, Idaho is gone. The nearby Walgreens has a special phone recording for RiteAid customers transferring prescriptions to Walgreens.
We have Walgreens, Safeway, and Walmart pharmacies nearby, so no big loss.

Why do you think that will happen? A failing in CVS, or in Aetna?
