Bove has been a major player in Trump’s various court defenses over the last three years. No doubt he’s taken lots of notes.

John Roberts was confirmed as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court on 9/29/2005. Harriet Myers was nominated as Associate Justice on 10/3/2005, and withdrew on 10/27/2005, with Alito being nominated on 10/30/2005.

Bove is a Superman Lawyer. He handled a lot of the persecution cases against Trump and defeated them.

I hope one day he is appointed to SCOTUS.

A former Justice Department lawyer last month accused Bove of suggesting the government may defy court...>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

There are lawful reasons why a court order can be ignored. When a court has no jurisdiction over the issue at hand, one can ignore all court orders issued by the court. The abuse of jurisdiction by a court has to be flagrant and unlawful. It can then be ignored as a refusal to submit to insufficient jurisdiction, a necessary action or else the jurisdiction may attach by acquiescence. Of course these lefty dingbat lawyers know this as a matter of law, and are publicly per-emptively vilifying the Trump administration because SCOTUS will soon support Trump doing it.

Thank you. Alito instead of Myers. We sure won on that trade.
