Another reason to decentralize the central government by distributing branch offices all across the states. At this point NO judicial hearings except local and traffic should be held in District of Columbia.

In fact, it should be civically dissolved and returned to Maryland, leaving just the Executive, Congressional, Judicial, Monuments, Museums and Parks and Library remaining.
