An active shooter is on the loose at a fairground in Louisville, Kentucky.
Police swarmed the active scene at Kentucky Exposition Center, where summer fairgrounds for families are currently staged, on Sunday afternoon.
The horror scene comes just hours after a separate shooter opened fire at Blue Grass Airport in Lexington, Kentucky, before fleeing to a church about 16 miles away.
The fairground shooting occurred about an hour away from this morning's gunfire.
Louisville Metro Police Department said in a statement: 'We are aware of a report of an 'Active Aggressor' on the property of the Fairgrounds in Louisville. At this time there are NO victims found yet. Please avoid the area due to a heavy police presence.'
Terrified witnesses scrambled for cover as officers locked down the area in search of the gunman.
One witness described the panic on social media.
User @Summerisgood14 wrote: 'The park is on lockdown, my family and I are here and we're locked down in a bathroom with maybe 150 people.
'Everyone is taking cover in buildings.'

I suspect the ‘active shooter’ didn’t respect the “No Guns” signs that were posted.
This country is at war on multiple fronts against multiple ideologies and until our so called leaders come to grips with that fact, such things will continue to occur.

It’s all coincidental, nothing to see here. Let me guess the fairgrounds like the airport is a gun free zone. Maybe if people were allowed to be armed these criminals and psychos would think twice.
First the MSM will assume the nut is a Trump supporter. And they’ll be outraged.
Then when the nut turns out to be a trans or a democrat the MSM will start talking about the need for ‘gun control’ and more mental health facilities.
That said, prayers for the innocent people attending a fair on a nice summer day...

Our so-called leaders are too busy looking out for their own interests to focus on fixing our many problems. But then again, the voters don’t seem to be all that interested in holding them accountable either.
