A day after a leaks war played out in the media over the (mis)handling of the Epstein files by Attorney General Pan Bondi that started with reports that a disgruntled Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino had not come to work on Friday and featured rumors of threatened resignations and demands for her firing, FBI Director Kash Patel finally spoke out about the controversy.
Patel’s comment, posted to his personal X account, will not put the matter to rest, but his statement on his tenure as FBI director is pretty definitive:
“The conspiracy theories just aren’t true, never have been. It’s an honor to serve the President of the United States @realDonaldTrump — and I’ll continue to do so for as long as he calls on me.”

The questions asked by many responding to Patel are, “What conspiracy theories?” and “Where are the rest of the Epstein files?”
No word from Bongino yet on his status. Laura Loomer and Axios each reported that an unhappy Bongino took Friday off and is reportedly pondering his future at the FBI.
Bondi has not commented either, but it was reported Saturday she has fired more DOJ personnel involved with the Trump and J6 prosecutions, and has posted her decision to drop charges against a doctor from the COVID era.

The web world out there is already playing video of Kash lying to Congress during the confirmation hearings.
Kash claimed he had never heard of a controversial radio talk show host—even though Kash had been on the show six times.
Well look at it this way....by not releasing the list and letting the chips fall where they may, it makes Kash and Trump and Bondi an associate to the coverup and crimes...These people on the list are all adults and should reap the results of their actions...This is not going away and I myself went on Truth Social and responded to Trump’s statement that came out a bit ago directly at Trump...Old saying you lay with dogs you are bound to get fleas and Trump is getting the fleas...

Here’s my take, Alan Dershowitz confirmed there is a list.
Why is there any debate about there not being a list.
A cover up is telling me that Trump agrees with a 2 tier justice system.
What was Conspiracy theory last week is reality this week...
Of course we should believe Alan...who allegedly is connected to Epstein.

Here’s a consolation prize for those who are going to be all butthurt when Trump doesn’t fire Bondi: She’s been out over her skis more than once, and maybe this will be a teachable moment. If she learns how to say “No Comment” and act like an AG and not a Reality TV star, the country will be better served.
Hopefully the backchannel through her close friend Susie Wiles will reinforce this message. I do think she wants to do a good job for Trump but she needs to make a course correction. We all need a 2x4 upside the head at times.
