The family secured humanitarian visas from Brazil... Which begs the question... Why are they not in Brazil?

It's a perfectly acceptable country to live in. It's not my cup of tea but 211 million people live there... So it can't be all that bad.

Every year people illegally immigrate to Canada, the US and the UK... But they typically travel through several countries that have a semblance of freedom and democracy... Countries that have a very livable infrastructure, where they could gets jobs and make a home for themselves.

Instead... They go for the big bucks. By entering a country illegally... You've already proven that you are willing to break the law... That is not acceptable.

Iran kicked about half a million Afghans out of Iran recently.

Why doesn’t Idil Mussa and CBC take them in?

That is the law. You have to apply for asylum at the first country which will offer it to you. You can't cherry pick asylum status. Believe me, I have worked with Afghanies. They are shrewd and know how to game the system. This is no sob story. This is crass, and insulting. Kick the bum out.

We could send him back to Brazil where he got the humanitarian visa.
Done.

“Why are they not in Brazil?”

Because there’s WAY more free stuff here. This is why we need to seize back control of the federal budget.

My sister’s neighbor was feeding the Muscovy ducks. They killed the other ducks and created mountains of poop, proliferated 12 per brood and destroyed all the gardens in the neighborhood. The answer was obvious. Stop feeding them. Fortunately, he died. The ducks mostly moved on. Those that didn’t mysteriously *cough* vanished.

I agree. He is Brazil’s problem - hopefully we won’t waste any more time, money, or news print on him.

Why? ‘Cause the Mexico cartels support invasion as part of their revenue plan. And, they kickback to the gov’mt TWOTs there who support it. And, when the criminals are once in the US their remittance $$ are skimmed by both the Cartel and Mehico gov’mt.

Follow the money.

But, under international law they should not have left Brazil.

The fool should join the U.S. military, or else the French foreign legion. Americans have had it up to here with defending people who will not defend themselves (and I’ not talking of the Americans that would forsake people who do defend themselves, like Ukrainians and Israelis). Over nearly twenty years, we tried to raise up, train and equip an Afghan army. Diito, an Iraqi army. And those c*cksuckers evaporated in the face of the Taliban or Al-Qaeda in the case of Iraq. To hell with them.
