KBJ Keeps Showing America Why She Doesn’t Belong On SCOTUS
The Federalist ^ | July 11, 2025 | Shawn Fleetwood

The more Jackson opens her mouth and pens unhinged opinions, the more clear it becomes she has no business being on SCOTUS.

When the time came to pick a replacement for retiring Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, then-President Joe Biden made it very clear that his selection would not be based on merit, but identity politics. And since stepping into the role, Associate Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson has done her best to drive that point home.

On Thursday, the junior justice participated in a sit-down interview at an event hosted by the Indianapolis Bar Association. While a significant portion of the discussion reportedly focused on her life story, the most compelling part of the back-and-forth came when Jackson was asked by Obama-appointed District Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson about “what keeps [her] up at night.”

Pausing momentarily, the justice proceeded to give the answer of a stereotypical left-wing activist.

“I would say the state of our democracy,” Jackson said, eliciting applause from Magnus-Stinson and the audience.

Of course, the Biden appointee didn’t offer specifics, only adding that she is “really very interested in getting people to focus and to invest and to pay attention to what is happening in our country and in our government.”

It doesn’t take a law degree to decipher that Jackson’s “democracy” remark was in all likelihood a dig at sitting President Donald Trump. The junior justice took an indirect jab at the Republican president for his criticisms of leftists’ judicial coup at a separate event earlier this year.

“The threats and harassment are attacks on our democracy, on our system of government. And they ultimately risk undermining our Constitution and the rule of...,”

Every democrat Senator voting for this racist, incompetent, malcontent should be too embarrassed to admit it. But, of course, they have no sense of shame.

"“I would say the state of our democracy,” Jackson said, eliciting applause from Magnus-Stinson and the audience."

The shallowness and stupidity of the audience is breathtaking.

If dumb-as-a-box-of-wire-hangers Katoken succeeds in moving the others rightward out of sheer embarrassment, she’ll actually be doing us a favor...

Yes. And there were actually a number of much more qualified black women to choose from they passed over. They wanted someone who was DEI all the way - someone who would not even pretend to be bound by the law - complaining the Court was engaging in “legalese”? Uh yeah, that’s what he law and jurisprudence is...

Having the majority matters in both instances.

But we can go back further - Republicans did have the majority when Miguel Estrada was completely scuttled by the Democrats and Janice Rodgers Brown almost was. And in both cases, the massive stink the Dems raised is probably why they are not both sitting on the Court today. Leaked memos also revealed at least in Estrada’s case that his race was their primary reason for blocking him - they did not want a Republican president appointing the first Latino to the Court, and they almost certainly did not want the first black woman to be, either. Alito has been excellent...but overall they would have been better Justices - Roberts being a disappointment at times - especially on Obamacare - that would have probably been dead had either of them been on the court in his place instead.

Biden and Obama picked the stupidest socialist judges.

In this case, Biden (assuming he did as told) picked the very most stupid of them all. His legacy will most likely never be outdone.

Infirmative action appointments rarely work out.
The reason Jackson is a justice of the USSC has nothing at all to do with intelligence, wisdom and knowledge of the Constitution, or with her complete lack of these essential qualities ... and "everybody knows it."
