Don’t forget Hawaii.
Our little town was hit by a tornado over a year and a half ago. I am still fighting the joint underwriters to repair the damage to my home. Still going through the “process” to satisfy my homeowner policy which also states I have up to 2 years after the date of damage to file any suit in the courts. I suspect they have an eye on that time frame as well.
Effing criminals...

Months after the wildfires scorched a path of destruction through several Los Angeles County communities, the city of L.A. says no digital communications exist for the acting mayor. Adam breaks it down.

Think about this. The section 8 housing will be built near the edges of the fires. If another fire starts that housing will be very likely to burn as well due to the proximity of brush still unburned. Fiendish plan.
Move over Lahaina...
...more land grab to be done and residents to be moved out.
I hear L.V is just like Hawaiia now, sans beaches .
Take the insurance money and move somewhere else.
Welcome to the party Pacific Palisades! They’re a bit late.
The CA Communist left have eff’d over the entire state. It seems those in the Palisades are just figuring out what the rest of us have known for decades.
They pat themselves piously on the back and mouth such platitudes as "the law is the law".
IN BASS’ MIND-—SHE HAS EVERYTHING ON A VERY FAST TRACK
EVERYTHING WITH HER & NEWSCUM IS SEMANTICS
Maybe ten low income dwellings max by the time the cronies get their cuts.
Hardly enough to house more than a handful of nannies, landscapers and drug dealers to the stars and definitely not enough to make any serious demographic impact.
Do you also love other annoying things or just this one? :-)
Snort!
All those lib$ that voted for this in effect just $crewed themselves real good.
As a residential renovator, I saw this coming from miles away and they aren’t even close to the nightmare to come. Heads will explode as anger builds over the next two years. They can facilitate the permits, but the soil thing is a problem. If that’s not done correctly, and approved, it will be far worse. A large handful of the victims will be “formerly wealthy” and it’s amazing that, although mostly liberals were presumably affected, political heads have not yet been collected and used as bowling balls.
Thanks for posting. BUMP.
Just remember when you allow lawyers to make and carry out your laws . . .
The process will be your punishment and will be their fortune.
Things are simmering like France in 1792 before the people got tired of all the stalling and took the law into their own hands.
Oleaginous - that’s the word of the day!
Going to be hard to do.
These rules are applied to large scale developers working on the planned community/sub division level.
They do not apply to single family home owners trying to rebuild after the Bass/Newsome disaster. Bass is up for re election next year and if she gets re elected after all the destruction she has brought upon the city then LA is going to deserve everything it gets.
The Communist left destroyed the entire state, made it unaffordable and unlivable. Not hard to do at all. It’s obviously easy for them!
