Jackson is a constitutional illiterate. How did she even get through law school, let alone get on the highest court?

Never mind...rhetorical question.

One of the main strategies of the MSM-Democrats has been to simply pretend that Donald Trump is not really the President. They’ve convinced themselves of that, and they try to convince as many ordinary Americans of that as well.

a more interesting question is how will they force KJB to resign? that Sotomayor aside torching her dissent suggests they all want her gone.

I’m OK with the staff reductions, but, making reductions in some areas seem like they are taking a wrecking ball to areas where they are already understaffed, like the National Parks= Service which protects our precious natural parklands. I have already contacted my state’s senators asking them to stop this. I suggest some of you do too.

Reading Justice Sonia Sotomayor scold Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson is pure gold.

I mean, imagine having to tell Justice KBJ that she can’t declare a presidential order unconstitutional, because it doesn’t exist yet!

Good times.”

Wdym? She is the most impactful member of the court today! She has pushed ACB into being a solid R, Kagan into a squishy D, and Sotomayor from lunatic D to just solid D. She’s having a huge impact on the court with how dumb and annoying she is!”

Another alternative is to sell off the land; or turn it over to the states. Sitting on vast tracts of land serves no purpose other than establishing a huge bureaucracy to “manage” it.

Managing a national park is one thing; owning empty space just to maintain title is another. There is more than enough federal stuff to handle; getting the rest of it to be productive and taxable is more in line with American values.

And yet, we all know the election results. Any questions, even Democrats will see Trump won the popular vote and electoral vote by comfortable margins.

And we’ve been lectured many times about how we must accept the results of elections.

Considering the facts, they want to pretend he’s not really president??? When we honor election results???

When elections turn out the way they like, the MSM-Democrats lecture us about the importance of respecting the will of the people and "protecting our Democracy."

We hear "elections matter."

When elections turn out the other way, we hear a whole bunch of different things.

If the Executive branch doesn’t have the right to fire federal workers, then it would make sense that they also don’t have the right to hire them. Correct? That should be the job of the judiciary I guess.

She's a distinguished Hahvahd girl. BA from there magna cum laude and JD cum laude from its law school while also serving as an editor on its law review. She is what is known as an educated idiot. She also clerked for former SCOTUS associate justice Stephen Breyer. Birds of a feather flock together.
