Trump accuses Putin of talking 'bullshit' on Ukraine

President Donald Trump accused his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on Tuesday of talking "bullshit" about Ukraine, saying that the United States would send Kyiv more weapons to defend itself. Trump's expletive reflected his growing frustration with the Kremlin leader over the grinding war that Moscow launched more than three years ago. "We get a lot of bullshit thrown at us by Putin, if you want to know the truth," Trump told reporters during a televised cabinet meeting at the White House."He's very nice all the time, but it turns out to be meaningless." Trump reiterated that he was "very unhappy" with Putin since their phone call last week made no progress on the Ukraine peace deal that the US president has pushed for since returning to power. Asked about his interest in a bill proposed by the Senate for further sanctions on Russia, Trump said: "I'm looking at it very strongly." Trump's criticism of Putin came a day after he said he would send more weapons to Ukraine, in a reversal of Washington's announcement last week that it was halting some arms shipments.

I told you so. Trump's -peace through strength- is now in full motion. The West is hereby officially united in resisting Putin's "bullshi." and we are all onboard in resisting the GINSCA : Globo-Islamo-NeoSoviet-Commie-Alliance which is Iran - Russia - North Korea - China. Thank you Trump.

So…what is Trump willing to do about it?

Are we going to see sanctions any time soon?

It’s Tuesday…isn’t it time for Medvedev to threaten nuclear war again?

Better late than never. Putin was playing Trump for a fool and Trump finally realized it.

Reminds me of an editorial cartoon I saw after Brezhnev played Carter for a fool on Afghanistan.

It showed a hayseed country bumpkin Carter tearfully holding a deed to the Brooklyn Bridge signed by Brezhnev crying “He lied to me! He lied to me!”

Sanctions don't work. Never have.

It's really on "Z" and Putin to end this. Draw a line like Korea....and stop this sh**.

Well... Medvedev will continue to do his daily nukethreat-show against America and EU. It’s become boring.

And Trump might possibly sign the massive anti-Russia sanction bill that’s now ready in the Senate.

We shall see...

If Trump escalates the message I’m guessing would be we’re not playing to tie for 20 years, we’d play to win in short order.

Trump zigged and you are having neocon spasms

In a few days, Trump will zag, and you will again look like a propagandist and fool.

Trump says anything... and that he has learned from the democrats. You cannot hold a democrat to their word, and neither will hold trumps words. Why? Because he has already decided what he is going to do, and that is not up for negotiations or explanations. Trump and Putin are at one in their vision of the future. How could that be? It is because they are joined at the hip against their common enemy, the neocon Democrats and Republicans. Think about this: for 8 years, Trump and Putin have been viciously attacked by these guys. That is the psychological glue that binds. That past does not go away. Trump and Putin have carried the neocon attack on them right to the present. So this experience will not go away for them, and will be the source of future actions.

Putin and the Russians have been consistent about what it will take to end the war for well over a year.

They are position of the strength and their demands aren't changing.

The only alternative is Ukraine losing more lives and territory until Ukraine no longer exists.

Trump is trying to broker a peace plan with a lot of complications and moving parts

To get a deal done he needs to put pressure on both sides so don’t listen to what he says - watch what he does

I’d give goods odds he will succeed

That must be why President Trump attacked Russia's ally, Iran.

Your theory makes sense in a stoned 5 dimensional chess kind of way.

Since you seem so well versed in the state of Russia’s armed forces can you let us know what they are planning to use to move around after all of the donkeys are dead and the used motorcycles are destroyed?

“Sounds like another endless foreign war.”

Yevgeny Viktorovich Prigozhin made it halfway to Moscow in 2 weeks. 12 NATO BCTs could have Moscow surrounded in that time. They’ve been softened up and attributed for years now. Ripe for a Thunder Run to their bunkers and hidey holes. We’ve got the troops and especially, the logistics to do it.

Feudalism is a horrible inefficient way to manage such a large territory. Resources wasted, squandered and fettered away. We’ll manage it for them for a decade or two. Get it up and running, add them to our tax base and both countries will be rich and greatly advanced.

Everybody wins - it’s the American Way

Yes, Putin’s demands have been consistent, the complete surrender of Ukraine. That is not going to happen. As for Russia being is a position of strength, their Summer offensive has gone nowhere and their economy is on the verge of collapse. Some strength.

Only one problem. Russia has more nuclear weapons than we do and has stated they will use them if the Russian homeland is in danger. Only one way to find out. Do you feel lucky?
