Damn it all who the hell did that? That alone would have guaranteed them a veto-proof majority in the midterms

Let American farm workers, dish washers, and landscapers earn a living wage! Let every young American realistically aspire to marriage, home ownership, children, and dignity. Every worker’s contribution should be valued and rewarded.

Amazing. Speaker Johnson won the day. Thank you to All the Republicans that stood together. The conference worked to adress blue R concerns and are stronger as a party for it. In my opinion.

That was back in the original House version, I believe. They had a $4k deduction and the Senate upped it to $6K, but with phase-outs at moderate income levels.

“””Massie and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA) voted no. 1 Republican did not vote.”””

I think the last holdout finally voted.

That’s the main reason why Dems were so against the bill..its deportation on steroids..for every illegal deported its one less counted on the census..speaking of the census, that is the next bill that needs to be passed, IMMEDIATELY, to NOT allow illegals to be counted on the census

I said that last night and was corrected—that No Tax on Social Security was in the bill. So one of Trump’s Campaign promises will not be fulfilled. That will disillusion a lot of people that voted for him for that reason alone...

Our great President is going to take care of us Seniors and others who are on a check once he takes the House which he will take big time because of tariffs but mainly because the financial boom from the Big Beautiful Bill........IMO

This has been his plan all along. He knows that there are 40 percent of the people who cannot be helped in a “tax bill”.

Give thanks to God
