Tennessee passed a law outlawing chemtrailing in the skies over the state. Spraying continues overhead...the excuse is that there is no way to enforce such a law.
If they shot down a couple of the offending planes, cloud seeding would come to a halt.
You’d think law enforcement would know the location of the airports where the cloud seeding planes are based.
